This 50 minute virtual session is for adults who have previously worked with me through another online platform.

In this session, we will review your history, clarify your current goals, and make sure you understand the differences on this platform provided through Altruism Connection – Integrative Counselling. This appointment includes updated informed consent, discussion of fees, and space to co-create a healing plan that feels grounded and supportive.

Sessions are offered online and are billed privately under Altruism Connection.

Requests for the completion of forms—such as disability paperwork, school or work accommodation letters, or other third-party forms—require additional time outside of regular therapy sessions. As such, a fee will be charged based on the type and complexity of the form.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for form completion, and let us know as early as possible if you have a deadline. Fees vary depending on the nature of the request and will be discussed prior to completion.
