Prior to each session there is discussion on what areas in your life, and body, you would like to focus on.

Everyone who enters is a guest. As you enter, you are guided to set the intention of what you want to accomplish and/or receive from the time spent together.

There are different modalities and approaches within the psychology/counselling/mental discipline.

Time spent in sessions could include various therapeutic approaches depending on needs, situation and personality. Therapeutic approaches are discussed more in-depth during the initial 20 minute phone consultation.

My approach is to work with you and support you towards your highest good. Everyone who enters my office is a guest treated with respect based on the same reciprocation. As you enter, you are guided to set the intention of what you want to accomplish and receive from the time spent together.

Virtual Counselling Session.

This session is a 55 minute session, through secure video.

Parents and/or caregivers are able to attend.
Only one video link is provided.

Sessions are in the comfort of your own space with the focus on you, goals and desires.

If a longer session time is needed, please request a longer time prior to the booking.

Requests for the completion of forms—such as disability paperwork, school or work accommodation letters, or other third-party forms—require additional time outside of regular therapy sessions. As such, a fee will be charged based on the type and complexity of the form.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for form completion, and let us know as early as possible if you have a deadline. Fees vary depending on the nature of the request and will be discussed prior to completion.
